These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Off the Vine (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Off the Vine website and any related media form, media channel, mobile website, or services connected to it (collectively, the “Service”).
