DISCOVERY

Every project begins with an introduction.
To get started, couples are invited to complete a short inquiry form, sharing key details about their celebration and stationery needs. Selected inquiries are followed by a quick discovery call, where we’ll explore your ideas and ensure we’re the right fit.

After our conversation, you’ll receive a personalised proposal outlining your recommended package, estimated investment, and timeline. Once approved and a 40% retainer is received, your date is reserved and you’ll receive a detailed design questionnaire to begin the creative process.

It's time to design. 
I’ll develop two to three initial design directions based on your vision, questionnaire, and shared inspiration. Each direction includes hand-drawn sketches, a considered colour palette, typography suggestions, and visual references to help shape the overall aesthetic.

Together, we’ll refine your chosen direction through a series of digital proofs, ensuring every detail feels cohesive and intentional. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, allowing for thoughtful adjustments along the way.

DELIVERY

Finally, the  suite will go into production.
At this stage I’m in charge of the printing, trimming, folding, assembly, and finishing of each piece, ensuring every detail meets the highest standard. Each couple also receives a keepsake suite and a photographer’s suite, for archival and styling purposes. Optional mailing services are available, allowing your invitations to be prepared and posted with care — ready to arrive beautifully in your guests’ hands.​

I recommend allowing approximately 3-4 months from booking to delivery of the invitation suite.
This ensures enough time for thoughtful design, careful refinement, and high-quality production.

DESIGN

We will work closely together to develop the moodboard, illustrations, typography, and layouts, creating a cohesive visual story that reflects the atmosphere of your wedding.

QUANTITY

Invitation quantities are typically calculated per household rather than per guest. You will also receive a few extra copies for your photographer and as keepsakes. During the planning process, I can help estimate the appropriate quantity based on your guest list and mailing needs.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Printing and production are coordinated as part of the process. Once complete, your stationery is carefully packaged and shipped to you wherever you’re based. As I am based in Abu Dhabi, I recommend that you receive the full order (ready to post), though alternative arrangements can be made if needed.

PRICING

Most invitation suites begin around 8,000 AED, though the final investment varies depending on quantity, materials, printing techniques, and additional pieces. A detailed proposal is shared once the scope of the project has been confirmed. If you’re planning something smaller or more specific, feel free to reach out and we'll discuss possibilities.

TIMELINE

The design process typically begins four to six months before invitations are mailed, with a recommended minimum of three to four months. Wedding invitations are usually sent 8-12 weeks before the wedding, or earlier for destination celebrations. This timeline allows space for thoughtful design, revisions, and production so the process feels calm rather than rushed.

PROOFS

Digital proofs are shared throughout the design process so you can review and refine the details before anything goes to print. A final proof will be provided for approval before production begins, and I kindly ask that everything is reviewed carefully at this stage to ensure all details are correct.

ADDITIONAL PIECES

Many couples return later in the planning process to design menus, place cards, table numbers, and other day-of pieces so everything feels beautifully cohesive. There is no commitment at the beginning—if you start with a smaller package, you are always welcome to expand the project later.
